The nutrient traits of beans and bean products
Beans can be divided into soybean (including soybeans, lima bean and black soybeans), and other kinds of beans (including horse bean, pea, and moonbeams). The protein in beans is plentiful (35%~40%) and so is the fat, while the carbohydrate is low; the nutrient elements of beans are similar with cronies’, whose amounts of carbohydrate is higher.
