I’ve tried the fruit & plant weight loss 30 capsules and for me, it did the same thing as well. I was constipated for 3 days and I felted bloated. I have a heart rate of an athlete, so it’s about 70-80. But when the 4th day hit, the feeling of feeling bloated and headache set in and it made me irratable to the point where I felt like my heart was racing and my chest was hurting. So the 4-6 day, after finally going, I only lost 2 lbs. I didn’t like the constipated feeling, so I discontinued them. I think if they would have worked as well as the other products, than I would still be taking them to maintain. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 5.
