Food that is most nutritious

We can always hear this kind of question:” what kind of food is most nutritious.” It is unknown whether we can answer it .Actually, there is no good or bad in food, while it depends more on the collection of selecting and the amounts than food itself.
Fish, meat, eggs, milk are rich in protein, which are animal-like food. To take the quality of their protein for example, it is so excellent that it even can be good resources of protein. However, if we eat this kind of food too much in our diets, definitely, it will affect the absorption of grains of vegetables and fruits ,and so on. That can lead to much protein, but lack of fiber in diet and sugar. What is more, taking in too much protein can also add the burden of kidney and taking in too much saturable fat acid will lead to abnormality of blood .In that situation, will you still say they are the most nutritious food.
Many people think cholesterol is bad for our health, which can result in blood’s symphony of high cholesterol and harden artery like porridge. However, do you know that of your body is lack of it, will you also have problem? Cholesterol plays an essential part when membrane takes shape.
Little cholesterol will make people get cancer.
If food is beyond the needs of your body, no matter how good it is, it’s still harmful. As a result, the most nutritious food exists in balanced diet. Balanced diet can help you get balanced nutrition to promote your health. But if you focus on eating food you consider are most nutritious, you will damage balancing of diet, which result in different kind of diseases.
