Drinking should be moderate
Wine is a kind of drink which contains alcohol. It’s mainly divided into distilled wine (spirit and white wine) and non-distilled wine though some wine contains some nutritious elements, while the ingredients is too little to be taken into consideration. Alcohol is pure-energy substance, which can make people who drink too much get fat easily. At this time, because alcohol not only sends out high heat, but also is oxidized and absorbed prior when it enters into human’s body. So it makes the food, that is eaten after drinking, not be utilized well. And it can easily be transformed into fat and stored in your body. Alcohol will not only result in huge energy, but also consume other nutrition such as folic acid, Vitamin B1, nicotinic acid and Vitamin B6 ect, which makes these nutritious elements become less. Also, drink has bad effect on liver for alcohol should be disinfected in liver and almost 90%-95% alcohol will be metabolized through liver.
Over-drinking will do harm to hepatic cells, lead to hepatitis and even develop into cirrhosis. Finally, it even becomes cancer of the liver. In a result, we can’t drink as much as we like but should behave ourselves. Drinking should be controlled at certain amount.
